FERROCER 200 is recommended for the prevention and treatment of anemias associated with: iron deficiency in suckling piglets and young pigs; states of malnutrition; convalescence, or when there is blood loss due to illness, injury or surgery.
Formula:
Each ml contains:
Elemental iron 200 mg (As iron dextran complex)
Vehicle c.b.p. 1 ml
Dosage and Application:
Piglets: Apply 1 ml of FERROCER 200 per piglet on the third day of birth. If necessary, it can be repeated at 15 days old. Sows of the calving foot: Apply 2 to 3 ml of FERROCER 200 two weeks before calving.
Application route:
Deep intramuscular.
Withdrawal period:
28 days.
