Anti-tympanic, anti-fermentation and anti-flatulent
Timparnol ® reduces flatulence, bloating and gastric distension, counteracts food fermentation due to indigestion, reducing surface tension (antifoam). Increases and regulates intestinal motility. Reduces the discomfort caused by colic, relieves spasm (prolonged contraction) of the gastrointestinal smooth muscle fibers.
FORMULA:
Each 100.0 ml contains:
Dimethylpolysiloxane 2,500 g
Dicyclomine hydrochloride 0.008 g
Nipagin 0.100 g
Nipasol 0.010 g
Injectable grade water c.b.p. 100.0 ml
USE IN:
Cattle, horses, sheep and goats.
DOSE:
Cattle: from 50.0 to 100.0 ml.
Sheep and goats: from 20.0 to 40.0 ml.
These doses can be administered with 1 liter of water in cattle and 200.0 ml in goats and sheep.
Horses: Inject 50.0 to 100.0 ml directly into the cecum with a long, thick needle. This dose can be repeated immediately if the severity of the case warrants it.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Cattle, sheep and goats: Oral mixed with water or intraruminal.
Horses: Intracecal route or by gastric tube.
WARNINGS:
It does not give either taste or smell to the milk or meat of the treated animals.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Keep in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to light. Keep out of reach of children.
