SE-VIT-E Tornel 250ml, For the prevention and treatment of Selenium and Vitamin E deficiency syndrome.
In cattle, for the prevention of white muscle disease, assist in the prevention of placental retentions, in the retention of premature and weak calves and neonatal death.
As an aid in the prevention of mastitis, it decreases the rate of this disease in the first 30 days after delivery, it also decreases the somatic cell count.
As an adjunct in the treatment of underweight (emaciated) calves, to stimulate weight gain and feed conversion.
In pigs, as an adjuvant in the improvement of reproductive processes, to increase the size of the litters and reduce the number of stillbirths.
It is useful in the prevention of Mastitis-Metritis-Agalactia Syndrome (MMA).
Selenium Supplement with Vitamin E
FORMULA:
Each ml contains:
Sodium selenite (equivalent to 5.0 mg selenium) 10.95 mg
Vitamin E (tocopherol) (equivalent to 68 I.U.) 50.00 mg
Vehicle c.b.p. 1.0 ml
USE IN:
Cattle (meat and milk, calves) and pigs.
DOSE:
Adult cattle and steers: Apply 1.0 ml for every 50.0 kg of body weight. In steers apply every 2 months.
Calves: 1.0 ml per 100.0 kg of body weight, apply at weaning.
Cows: 1.0 ml per 50.0 kg of body weight, it is recommended to apply 3 weeks before calving, at weaning, at breeding or calving.
Stallions: 1.0 ml per 50.0 kg of body weight, it is recommended to administer every 6 months.
Pigs: 1.0 ml per 100.0 kg of body weight.
It can be applied routinely at 3 weeks before delivery, delivery and weaning.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Intramuscular or subcutaneous.
WARNINGS:
This product should not be used 30 days before the slaughter of animals intended for human consumption. Products that contain selenium are safe if used correctly. Do not mix this product in the same syringe with other medications.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
