This product is an injectable corticosteroid formulation based on Dexamethasone 21 phosphate , with anti-inflammatory and corticosteroid action. It is indicated for treating acute and chronic inflammatory conditions of the locomotor system, shock, allergies, and other inflammatory or edematous conditions.
Formula:
Dexamethasone S. Phosphate 20 mg,
L – Lysine Hydrochloride 200 mg,
L – Carnitine 15,000 mg,
L – Arginine Hydrochloride 560 mg,
Ascorbic Acid 5,000 mg,
N cotinic Acid 15 mg,
Choline Bitartrate 10,000 mg,
Magnesium Gluconate 1,000 mg,
Vitamin B15 10 g,
Formulation ag. q.s.p 100 ml.
Contraindications: It should not be used in cases of digestive ulcers, systemic mycoses, infections without antibiotic coverage, alongside vaccines, or in pregnant females during the last third of gestation. Its use should not extend beyond 7 days.
Side effects: Excessive use can cause fluid retention, potassium loss, muscle weakness, osteoporosis, and delayed wound healing.
Restrictions: Not for use in horses intended for human consumption.
Dosage: Administer via intramuscular, intravenous, or intra-articular routes in adult horses, 10-40 mg per day.
