K-TON-12® is indicated for the treatment of anemia, postpartum paresis, stress, metabolic imbalance, infertility and sexual deficiency. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is hematopoietic, it is involved in metabolism (anabolism) essential for growth and nutritional use, it acts in the synthesis of nucleoproteins, cell reproduction and the maintenance of myelin in the nervous system.
