Dexalong is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory processes, allergies, rheumatic diseases in large and small species, nutritional and drug poisoning, eczema, rhinitis and dermatitis. In systemic conditions such as Poli arthritis nodosa, Bursitis, Tendinitis, Asthmatic conditions. Very useful in traumatic, surgical and septic shock as long as good antibiotic therapy is carried out. It is also useful in the therapy of Ketosis due to its gluconeogenic effect, which stimulates the plasma levels of serum glucose.
DESCRIPTION
It is an injectable solution based on Dexamethasone that is a powerful anti-inflammatory with antiallergic and gluconeogenic properties.ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Intramuscular, Intravenous, Subcutaneous.DOSE: Bovines 2.5 to 5 ml, Equines 1.25 to 2.5 ml, Pigs 0-5 to 2.5 ml, Sheep and Goats 0.52 to 2.5 ml, Canines and Felines 0.1 to 1 ml.USE IN: Bovines, Equines, Swine, Sheep, Goats, Canines and Felines.WARNINGS
This product should not be used 30 days before the slaughter of animals destined for human consumption. Do not use for consumption or industrialize the milk of animals treated with this product until 3 days after the last treatment. Do not use this product in immunosuppressed animals, or for long periods without the supervision of the Veterinarian. Do not apply in pregnant females.
