The ITPP (Myo-Inositol Trispyrophosphate) is a substance primarily investigated in the medical field for its ability to improve tissue oxygenation. It works by increasing oxygen affinity to hemoglobin, facilitating oxygen release to tissues. Myo-inositol trispyrophosphate (ITPP) is used to increase the amount of oxygen in hypoxic tissues. Studies have shown that administration of ITPP increases the maximal exercise capacity.
