SILVET-VAC Tornel 50ml

Silvet-Vac + Hs RTU is a ready-to-apply sterile injectable bacterin suspension that contains highly antigenic whole cultures of Mannheimia haemolytica serotypes A1 and A2, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni, it also contains Leukotoxoid from M. haemolytica that improves the protective action of the bacterin by combining the action of the antigen with the bacterial toxoid. Silvet-Vac + Hs RTU works adequately in the immunization of healthy cattle, sheep and goats in the prevention of pneumonic pasteurellosis caused by Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida and the prevention of thromboembolic meningoencephalitis, pneumonia and abortions associated with Histophilus somni.
USE IN:
Cattle, goats, sheep.
DOSE:
In cattle, administer 2 ml. In sheep and goats, administer 2 ml. Its application is recommended in lactating animals at least 10 days before weaning. Also 10 days before boarding the animals or transferring them to exhibitions or exposing themselves to situations of stress or contagion. A single dose produces sufficient active immunity. Annual revaccination with Silvet-Vac + Hs TUR is recommended, repeated on animals that are in areas of high prevalence or under continuous stress.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Subcutaneous or deep intramuscular.
WARNINGS:
Store at temperatures between 4ºC to 8ºC. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above this range may adversely affect the potency of the product. Avoid freezing. Use the entire contents of the bottle after opening. Use sterile syringes and needles when administering this product. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Like any other vaccine, it can trigger anaphylactic reactions after its application. Antidote: Apply epinephrine followed by symptomatic therapy. This product is effective in healthy animals. In sick, malnourished, parasitized, stressed, immunocompromised animals or those found in adverse environmental conditions, or if the vaccine is administered without following laboratory instructions, a protective immune response may not develop.
