At the recommended dosage, the medication does not have any side effects. FEBENTEL AL 4% POLVO is an oral and wide range benzimidazole antihelminthic, with a good safety margin, high efficiency and rapid effect against larvae, adults and eggs of gastrointestinal, pulmonary and kidney parasites. In porcines, it is used to combat infestations caused by: Oesophagostomun spp., Ascaris spp., Hyostrongylus rubis, Stephanurus dentatus (kidney worm), Trichuris suis, Metastrongylus spp. and Porcine cysticercosis. In birds, it is used for the treatment and prevention of infestations caused by Ascaridia, Capillaria and Heterakis.
USE IN:
Pigs, birds.
DOSAGE:
Pigs: one 12.5 g pack every 100 kg of live weight or 3 g every 25 kg of body weight. Birds: 60 ppm (1.2 kg per ton of food during 3 days). 30 ppm (600 g per ton of food during 6 days). 20 ppm (400 g per ton of food during 9 days). 120 ppm (2.4 kg per ton of food during 1 day).
ADMINISTRATION ROUTE:
Oral administration, mixed with food.
WARNINGS:
Do not use this product 3 days before the slaughter of animals intended for human consumption. Keep in a dry and cool place. Keep away from sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
