Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid with an action on the musculoskeletal system and can be used in conditions such as: tendinitis, synovitis, bursitis. It also can use in metabolic disorders and allergies as well as an aid in some diseases infectious.
FORMULA
Each ml contains:
Dexamethasone base 2.0 mg
Vehicle c.b.p. 1.0 ml
FEATURES:
Corticosteroid, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Intramuscular or slow intravenous.
DOSE:
Cattle (milk and meat producers) equines, pigs, sheep and goats: 0.02-0.08 mg / kg of weight equivalent to 1 ml for every 25 to 100 kg of weight. 2.5 to 10 ml.
Horses: 1.25 to 10 ml.
Pigs, sheep, goats: 2.5 to 5 ml.
Canines: 0.05 to 0.2 mg / kg equivalent weight
to 0.5 ml for every 1.5 to 5 kg of weight. From 0.2 to 1ml.
WARNINGS:
• You should not use this product 8 days before
of the slaughter of animals destined for
human consumption. You should not use milk from
animals treated up to 72 hrs after
last treatment.
It should not be used in pregnant females
advanced.
Its use in prolonged therapy is not recommended.
Keep this product in a cool, dry and
protected from light.
Do not administer in equines intended for
human consumption. This product is for use
exclusive vet.
