Yatren strong casein combines the action of its two active principles, iatric acid (organic iodine compound) and pure casein, free of protoalbumins.
Yatrhenic acid has multiple properties, since it stimulates leukocytosis (increase in white blood cells) and the lymphatic system in general, in charge of the body’s defenses. It also increases secretions, especially those of the bronchial tree, and promotes diuresis. It also causes a moderate decrease in blood pressure with dilation and increased permeability of some blood vessels, which favors and accelerates the correction of inflammatory processes.
Yatrhenic acid also has an antiseptic effect.
Parenteral application of protein substances such as casein also exerts a leukocytosis effect, increasing the number of circulating monocytes (cells
that are in charge of phagocytizing and neutralizing infectious agents); on the other hand, they cause an increase in the reinforcement of the animal’s immune system.

Yatren casein strong contains:
Yatrhenic acid ……………………………… 2.34 g
Protoalbumin free casein ………………… 5 g
Yatren strong casein is given by injection, either at the site of the condition (local) or for a general effect. It is not surprising that a slight inflammation occurs, which subsides quickly.
In order to obtain better results as a paraimmunity inducer, subcutaneous or intramuscular application is recommended.
Dose:
Bovines and adult horses …………………… 10 to 40 ml
Cattle and horses of medium weight ……………. 10 to 20 ml
Sheep, goats and pigs …………………… 5 to 10 ml
Lambs, dogs and cats ……………………. 0.5 to 5 ml
Poultry ……………………………………… 0.2 to 0.5 ml
In acute inflammatory processes, increasing doses are suggested from 10, 15, 20 and up to 25 ml with intervals of 4 days; in chronic processes, increasing doses of 5, 10, 12 and up to 15 ml are recommended, also with intervals of 4 days. In other species the doses can be adjusted.
